"Wyatt, can you tell me what your relationship with the Watson family is?" Rae Bennett had already guessed some of it.

"Do you want to know?"

She wanted to understand Wyatt better, to share his burdens.

This was a past that Wyatt never talked about with others, "Emily Watson is my biological mother."

One of the reasons Miss Watson had adopted Wyatt was that she was his maternal aunt by blood.
