Today, Mother Willow wore a large grin as she oversaw the stable construction.

Everyone found that after advancing to the stone age, their current buildings were now stronger than ever, having higher hit points.

And depending on the particular type, they found that the buildings expanded tremendously. 

As for new buildings like the Stables, Mother Willow was so excited that she even felt reluctant to have lunch or take a break.

One shouldn't think these numbers are small. 

The quality of trees is what gives its number. 

A single tall, towering tree in these parts could give 10~15 wood points. And in some cases, they have seen trees that amount to 20 wood points.
