Penelope had only spent 10 minutes training, yet the campsite was already busy and buzzing when she left the hall.

The workers typically started work around 8 A.M.

Meaning by 7 A.M, they typically work up.

It was already 6:03 A.M.

And though the workers were sound asleep, the militia was up and well on their way to the barrack.

Both Penelope and Otto calmly intercepted Wolfram before he could head to the barracks. 

They, who were also part-time Militia, knew how important today's event was. 

But there were indeed a few things that needed ironing out fast.
