Kapitel 160: Conversation (2/2)

Rowan's fingers tightened around his locket as it became evident that Yamm had chosen that moment to be a nuisance. The mere thought of the god clomping around in his sister's head infuriated him. And it was happening in his garden, no less.

Apparently the protections Wren had put in place to keep his father out didn't extend to the weird relationship that gave the god direct access to Loma's mind.

"Tell him to get out of your head," Rowan mumbled, trying his hardest to muster the energy to tell the god off.

After what he'd seen in the shrine, Rowan decided maybe it was time to give Yamm the conversation he'd been saying he wanted so badly, but not now when he was beyond exhausted. And definitely not through his sister.

No…Rowan wanted to look Yamm in his *own* face when he told him exactly what he thought of his treatment of Wren.

I think it may be a while before Rowan gets his nap.
