The creature was proud of himself. He found his creator. But now that he saw the being up close, he was disappointed.

This god-like human who made him was powerful, but he was so filled by his own fear, he couldn't even recognize that the creature was born from the Disorder of his own emotion. The one called the enemy had nothing to do with it.

The creature turned his gaze to the table with the knife and the human heart. His creator angled his body to block his view. The creature didn't tell him that he'd been watching from the shadows as he failed to work his magic. The man with the golden eyes wouldn't have failed.

He thought he should use his creator's weakness to his advantage.
