Kapitel 292: Choices

He is watching me with shock plastered all over his face. I don't know what I am expecting from him, I don't know what reaction would suffice but I wish he would say something. 

"You have to say something Collie, or I will regret telling you.'' 

After a couple of minutes of silence, he finally says "Walker Fields?" 

A chuckle escapes my lips, I am a bit amused by how flustered he looks right now "Yes, which other Walker would you I be referring to?"

He shrugs and I watch him as he reaches into the basket and pulls out a bottle of red wine and opens it. He gulps down a substantial amount before he speaks again "How the fuck did that happen?" 

I shrug "I don't know, we have been having this back and forth for a while and then he kind of just finally let go.'' 

"Walker Fields is known to be the most disciplined Alpha in all the council. How did he give in to you and what I assume was your advances?"
