Kapitel 2086: The Children's Future

Early the next morning, the children ran out and played in the courtyard. Xia Zhe appeared in front of them suddenly and the three children stared at him with wide open eyes.

Xia Fan found it hard to believe that his father, the person whom he had been missing day and night, was right in front of him. He rubbed his eyes forcefully to make sure that he was not seeing things and then started crying loudly. Xia Xing ran up to Xia Fan and covered his mouth as she said, "Papa is back, so why are you crying! Don't make so much noise!"

"I'm just too happy! I'm not sad!" Xia Fan said as he sobbed.

Xia Zhe squatted down and pulled Xia Fan and Xia Xing into an embrace. "Are you happy to see Papa? Papa was very busy with work for a while, that's why I couldn't come back. I'm so sorry about that."

"It's alright! Mama said that Papa is doing something very heroic! Papa is a hero! So we don't blame Papa!" Xia Xing said proudly.
