Kapitel 29: CHAPTER 29

LARA

Around four in the afternoon, we left the compound, as Scott's men called it. I'm so happy that it seems all his men like me. Every time they sense Scott getting angry, they will slowly move behind me, which looks very funny and makes me chuckle every time.

We have already been on the road for two hours, and I feel so tired. Lilly rides with Jaxon and Harry in my car because she fears Scott. James is driving, and Mark sits beside him in the front seat. 

I sighed and leaned my head on Scott's shoulder. He was doing something on his laptop that was on his lap. He looked up at me and smiled.

"You can sleep. We still have three hours before we reach home." He whispered, placing a kiss on my cheek.  He chuckled when I stole a kiss on his lips. I smiled, then laid my head on his lap. He shook his head, closed his laptop, and placed it on the floor. He moves further near the window, so I have more space to lay down.
