I stood motionless for a long half an hour while piles upon piles of stored up messages were thrown over my face.

I couldn't manage to read all of them. But from what I read I knew that the gods of my channel were loyal. Once they noticed there was something wrong in my channel, they made a ruckus enough to attract more attention to me.
