Imperfect Love

I am sure I have found my perfect place in the world, and it's in Luca's arms. The sun beats down on our bodies, but his kisses are the ones that make me burn. "I love the scent of your skin," he tells me in the ear and kisses my shoulder.

"And I like all of you. I love being with you," I confess and interlace my arms over his at the height of my breasts.

"Bella," Lucas tells me with that accent that I like so much and nibbles my earlobe making me smile.

"What?" I ask incoherently.

"Why don't we leave the whole Raúl thing behind and dedicate ourselves to being happy? I would like to marry you again, make plans together," he says; he kisses my neck again. "I would like us to think about the idea of having a child," he comments, taking me by surprise.

"What have you said?" I ask as I rest my head on his shoulder to see him.

"I said that I would like us to think about the idea of having a child," he repeats.
