"See? We're innocent, we are not the one you've been looking for." the man said and it seemed like his fear was gradually disappearing. Eli furrowed his brows for a moment.

"Don't match? Do you say none of the captives here was kidnapped? or maybe they just have not reported yet?" Jack asks, Robert nods.

Eli unsheathed his sword and pointed at the guy closer and closer to his neck enough to make it bleed.

"I'll speak! I'll speak!" the guy said. but Eli didn't take away his sword and remained in that position. he gradually pierced it making him talk. the pain in his eyes was showing

"We are not kidnappers, we're not the ones you've been looking for, but...the captives here are goods that are being sold to the black market," he said. enough to make their brows furrowed. "We bought them from their families and sold them at the black market for sale. of course, they will not be reported missing because...we bought them."
