Kapitel 40: REAL ME

As they stepped off the bus, Eric noticed Dinah shivering as she hugged herself.

"Are you all right? Isn't it cold outside?" He took off the jacket he was wearing and put it on her.

"How come you're staring at me like that?" He inquired as she continued to stare at him with her lips slightly parted.

"Not... at all," She smiled at him as she adjusted his jacket to her body.

He returned the smile, and they began walking down the street.

"It's right here," he said, pointing to the three-story building.

"Do you reside here?" She looked at him, perplexed.

"Yes, follow me," She quickly followed him inside the building. They continued up the stairs until they reached the roof.

"Oh, you stay here," she said, her voice low.

"What? You were hoping for something more?" Eric laughed.
