Kapitel 37: STAY WITH ME

Eric frowned at Grandma, who was beaming at them.

"Why are you smiling, Grandma? Aren't you caught off guard?"

"Huh? Well, He took us, I mean, they took us by surprise, but it wasn't unexpected, it's just the timing that is strange," She elaborated.

"How come you're not surprised? I am astounded," Eric parted his lips as he saw Grandma, who was still grinning, as she sat with them.

"Wait, did you approve of this?" He asked, pointing to them.

"They love each other, so why not? Aside from the fact that Fiona remembers everything and does not wish to return to her previous life, "Grandmother stated.

"Let's go outside, Eric, and I'll talk to you," She motioned for him to follow her outside.

"Don't worry, Grandma, I'm fine," Eric walked away, banging on the door.

"How could he?" Samuel sighed and stood up.

"Please let me talk to him; just stay here," Fiona pleaded as she stood up to leave the room.
