Charlotte Cooper watched Henry Russell leave, thinking he was angry, a look of panic flashed across her eyes.
Was he really angry?
She got up, dressed, freshened up, and came downstairs to see Henry Russell standing by the window, gazing at the garden.
She cautiously approached him and asked, "What's wrong? Are you angry?"
Henry Russell shook his head at the sound of her voice, saying, "No."
After speaking, he pulled Charlotte over to him, positioning her back against him, her head resting on his shoulder.
"I thought I had been protecting you well, but I didn't expect you to bear so many slurs and harm."
"No, actually, having you, I always feel very lucky."
Henry Russell just shook his head.
While they were eating, Wind Austin called. The dirt on Leo Field had all been sent to Henry Russell's email.
Henry Russell opened his email. When he saw the messages, there was a gleam in his eyes.
