Kapitel 125: Mafia / 1.12 : Realization (Part 1)

Yixin stood up and pulled Atlas to his chair. After sitting he sat him on his lap despite Atlas' struggle. He looked at his profile with a smile when he looked away with crossed arms. As if an omega can stop him.

Yixin asked:

"How are you?"

He's been worried about his first day at work. The only thing that reassures him is that he knows that they can't do anything to Atlas unless they want to forfeit the inheritance. He's glad Gaozong was smart enough to add that clause.

Atlas looked at him and said coldly:

"You don't have to pretend you care Yixin."

"I do or I wouldn't have asked."

When Atlas looked at him to see if he was telling the truth Yixin felt his heart beating faster. He knows it won't be easy to make Atlas his, especially after the way he treated him when they just met but he won't give up until he becomes his mate.
