Kapitel 259: Creator

Not a single person had survived their fight, some unfortunate people who lived a kilometer close to this place had not survived it either. But strangely, Alex felt…nothing towards them. The only thing he felt now was resentment and anger toward himself if only he had thought things through before breaking the news to his parents.

"Now what do I do next?" Alex sighed as he stared into the sky where the sea of blood-red clouds was raging from losing track of its third target.

A low painful grunt sounded from under one of the trees as a figure slowly sat up with great difficulty. Old Vent narrowed his eyes to adapt to the sudden sunlight, it took him a few seconds before he could see properly.

Around him were tall trees with enormous roots spreading in all directions, long branches with strangely small leaves, on top of the trees were some weird-looking birds with bird features but six talons protruding chaotically from their chests.
