Kapitel 145: Second Time

Mariela's POV

I was lying on the picnic mat when I suddenly missed my mom and my sister as I realized it felt so wonderful to spend quality time with family and your loved ones, especially what we are doing now.

I couldn't stop wishing Andrea and my mom would join us, but I knew it would be impossible because we lived miles away from each other. I felt guilty that until now, I haven't called my mother.

I promised myself when I got back to the Lopez mansion, I would talk with my mom and tell her about my marriage to Archer, and I am sure she would be hurt that I hadn't informed her that I got married.

I was upset about what she had done seven years ago, and I could tell it was time that I needed to forgive my mom completely as Archer forgave his dad.
