Kapitel 63: The Punishment

Because of the medicine, she was at a composed state before meeting Arnold. But even that didn't prepare her for the actions he took. His hand landed against her cheek, causing the skin to break, and after that, without giving her a chance to recover, he aggressively grabbed her hand.

Her strength didn't compare against his. The hold on her hand was tight, and it hurt her as he dragged her. Seeing where they were heading had fear penetrating inside of her. She struggled against him. But she couldn't get him to let go of him.

"No, please. Don't do this. I will handle everything, so—"

But he didn't let her continue as he opened the door to the basement and pushed her in. She fell down on the cold ground, losing her balance. She was quick to get to her feet, but before she could get out through the opening, he quickly closed the door, leaving her to that darkness and coldness.
