Kapitel 427: The Night Changes

Aimee took one step forward, making Lazarus let out a sigh of relief. He stepped aside to give Aimee a way in, and Aimee closed the door to Lazarus' room so no one could see her talking in the man's room.

"So, what do you want to talk about?"

"I want you to forget what I said earlier. Just pretend you didn't hear anything," Aimee said.

Lazarus shook his head. "I don't want to."

"You want to get another hit?" Aimee threatened him, while showing her fist in front of Lazarus' face.

Lazarus shook his head again.

"I don't want that either," he replied simply.

Aimee took a deep breath and exhaled it slowly to remain composed and not be provoked by her emotions. 

"Lazarus, I didn't mean it."

"You mean it. Otherwise, you won't kiss me," Lazarus replied, making Aimee twitch because the man mentioned their kiss earlier.
