Kapitel 93: Chapter 93: Zen-Whoberi
Eric's face darkened hearing this.
Apocalypse didn't care what he was thinki as he raised his hands on Eric.
A beam of energy emanated from Apocalypse's palm, and various attributes of energy erupted in various bizarre phenomena. Some burned with fire, some carried ice, some were as black as ink, and some were as white as snow.
At first, Eric was able to use the spatial energy to perform the teleportation portals, but later on, the various energies were so chaotic that some of them would disrupt the spatial energy, causing his portal to open directly to his side, scaring him so much that he no longer dared to use it indiscriminately.
"This can't go on like this!" Eric hid in the magnetic shield, his brow furrowed.
Apocalypse had too many abilities! Usually, when a person had too many abilities, it often meant that they couldn't be proficient in all of them, and would only be selective in refining a few of the stronger ones, while the others would only play a supporting role.
Unlike them, Apocalypse he had enough time to squander and a long life span to become proficient in all the abilities he possessed!
Just like now, whether it was attacking or defending, or matter reorganization, space teleportation, all of Apocalypse's abilities were used without a hint of rustiness, not only did he switch between them freely, but he could also use multiple abilities at the same time, each of which was quite powerful.
"Looks like we'll have to use the same old method we used against Carol!" What method? It's the planet's magnetic field of course, he didn't believe that Apocalypse could carry the power of a planet!
Eric braced his hands and extended the range of the magnetic shield, then opened a portal and jumped straight in.
The magnetic shield lost Eric's energy support and was instantly broken, and all kinds of energy hit one place, immediately triggering a violent explosion. The light of fire mixed with the glow of various energies covered the sky for a while.
Apocalypse was a little surprised, he didn't think that little energy attack would be able to break him into pieces. It was hard to believe that it was Eric who would rather die than give up his body? Did he choose to destroy himself?
As he was thinking nonsense, Eric flew back from behind him, and not only that, behind him, there was also a long metal dragon following him.
When Apocalypse saw him return, he suddenly laughed and shook his head to, "You should have run away!"
"Running away isn't my style! Er, not my style right now!" The metal dragon behind him swooping down and slamming right into Apocalypse.
"It's no use!" Apocalypse laughed disdainfully as the purple energy shield grew brighter and brighter, blocking the metal dragon and not moving at all!
The massive amount of metal collided with the energy shield, all of it shattering and erupting into massive sparks, and completely vaporising, wrapping a cloud of smoke mixed with sparks and white mist outside the energy shield.
Eric attacked again, and an even greater number of metallic torrents converged from the ground to join in being useless.
"That should do it, right?" Eric nodded darkly as he looked at the heap in the air that he didn't know how to describe, reached out and drew a circle, opened his pocket dimension and took the Tesseract out.
His spatial power was only just in the beginning, so he could only pass around within Earth, if he wanted to go to the outer planets, he still had to rely on this treasure!
With the Tesseract in hand, Eric quietly arrived directly below the apocalypse, found a random spatial coordinate in the Tesseract that looked far away, and activated it.
Blue smoke filled place located directly below the apocalypse. Eric opened his hands and his powers switched from magnetic to gravitational.
"Get down here!" The gravitational force between Apocalypse and Earth instantly increased by thousands of times, even if it was a person as strong as Apocalypse, it would still be difficult to counteract for a while, as he falled straight into the blue smoke and disappeared.
Erik hurriedly closed the Tesseract and opened it again at a point where the coordinates were slightly off and jumped in.
Just as he jumped over, Eric sensed an unimaginable amount of spiritual force filling the air, and from it alone he felt the boundless fury of the apocalypse.
Using the power of space to hide his form and the magnetic field to shield himself and distort visible light, Eric quietly sat behind a large rock and connected to the geomagnetic field while carefully sensing the location of the apocalypse.
Just as he turned on his magnetic sensing ability, Eric's face suddenly changed.
This was not the place he wanted to find! He couldn't do such a thing as destroying a civilisation just in order to deal with the apocalypse.
But the more he sensed, the more Eric felt something strange. There was definitely a civilisation on this planet, but he did not sense the presence of intelligent life.
There were houses on the planet, vehicles similar to cars, and even Eric sensed the presence of laser weapons, spaceships and other high technology, so it was clear that this was a civilization that had gone beyond its own planet and was more civilized than Earth.
But all of it is covered by dust, except for the unintelligent wild animals, Eric did not sense a human or humanoid type intelligent creature existing.
"It looks like the civilization of this planet was destroyed, and just a short time ago!" Whether it was the houses, or the ships, or the weapons, there were clear signs of war on them, and in many of the buildings, some of the equipment was still functioning, while the owners had lost their lives.
"This is the universe! A cruel universe!" Erik shook his head grimly and concentrated on connecting to the geomagnetic. Through the geomagnetic, Eric felt that Apocalypse should have calmed down and was trying intra-planetary transmissions, looking like he was looking for him. The universe was so large that even a strong man like Apocalypse would not dare to make a rash interplanetary transmission.
Apocalypse's search was getting wider and wider, leaving him with little time.
On the other hand, Apocalypse had just been teleported by Eric and was indeed shaken with rage, he thought Eric had banished him to an alien planet. It was the kind of thing that the mages on Earth were so good at playing with that he was simply angry and not worried; given time, he could have returned to Earth with his own power.
But soon, Apocalypse sensed the fluctuations in space once again, and he immediately understood that the body he was preying at was trying to keep him on this planet for good!
"Oh, stupid idea!" Apocalypse searched for Eric's location while expressing his contempt for Eric's idea.
Apocalypse could likewise see that the planet had obviously just been slaughtered not long ago, not more than ten years at most, but he didn't care, this kind of thing happened almost every day in the universe, never mind that he hardly left the planet, but his knowledge of the universe was far better than most Earthlings.
From the wreckage around him, Apocalypse gradually learnt exactly which planet this was.
This planet was the home of the Zehoberei.
