In a dark, cramped room, two people are talking with other, the atmosphere is serious, there is a man and a woman.
Peggy is looking at Dr. Abraham Erskine with a serious and cold look on her face, they have been talking inside this room for hours.
"All that you told me was that Steve is a good candidate for the Super Soldier Project, but my instincts tell me he is trouble."
Muttered Peggy in a cold tone, Dr. Abraham Erskine has been trying to tell Peggy that Steve is a true American and a pure Patriot.
"Whatever, I told you his background information and his life story, what else do you want for me, he is the candidate for the Super Soldier Project, it is final."
Said Erskine with a tick mark on his head, honestly he has enough of Peggy's question, he knew that Rodgers was strange to until Rodgers told him his story and about America.
"Whatever, but one I thing to hope is your judgement Dr. If it is wrong, I will make the decisions regarding the Super Soldier Program."
*Sigh!*
Dr. Abraham Erskine sighs with a faint headache coming, he has been constantly arguing with Peggy for the past 4 hours.

Peter and Lex both arrived at the Italian HQ, they are both dressed up in suit, but Lex has on a long, trench coat.
"You know the deal right, your my uncle and I am your nephew, my parents died during a car accident, and you took me in."
Said Lex, he doesn't want any mishaps to happen during this mission, it is important to achieve this mission with the highest success rate possible.
"Yeah, yeah!"
Said Peter with a nostalgia tone in his voice.
"We have finally arrived, we should go meet the Don right now though."
"Going to meet the Don, you must be in a high-position already, how long have you been spying on this Organization?"
Said Lex with interested tone in his voice, he has been trying to get other information out of this Peter guy.
"Yeah, very thorough observation of you, Mr. Luthor, but I have been spying on this Organization for about 10 years now."
Said Peter as they arrived at the gate, a group of men holding guns with hats on top of their heads walked towards them.
"It has been a long time, Mr. Peter, I am glad that your are back, we have all miss you telling jokes during War time, haha."
Laughed Michael, showing a row of white teeth, he is the gatekeeper, or shall I say, he is the one who guards the gate.
"Oh, thank you to Michael, I have miss this Organization too, it always feels good to meet and hang out with family again, right?"
Laughed Peter also, completely forgetting about Lex beside them with a cold, annoyed look plastered across his face.
"Oh!"
"Who might this be, Peter, is this your son, I never seen him before around here."
"He is my nephew, Lex, I took him in almost 10 years ago, he just finished college awhile back, so he joined us in order for some pay."
Lied Peter with a calm voice on his face, Michael didn't take it to heart or investigate it any longer, he smiled at Lex and held out his hand.
"My name is Michael, it is nice to meet you, Lex."
Lex shook his hand in a firm grip and said…
"My name is Lex Luthor, the way your are talking to my uncle, you two seem close, I am surprised he didn't tell you I was coming."
Muttered Lex in a deep, calm voice.
Lex let go of Michael's hand, you could see that Michael's hand is red from the great amount of grip strength in his arm.
"Wow!"
"You got quite the grip there, Lex."
"Keep this up, and you may be the main muscle man for the Don."
"Haha!"
Everyone laughed, but Lex is trying his hardest not to kill all of these people in front of him.
"Well you can go!"
They both went inside the fortress, the fortress looks like a huge castle, their are rows upon rows of cars.
Lex sees men with guns on top of roof tops and inside of cars, he even see men in disguises.
"This place is fortified to the bone, I can see why no one can infiltrate this place, without meticulous planning and perfect timing."
Said Lex, as he is impressed about this place.
"I need to gain the Don's trust in this Organization, maybe by fucking his daughters, they can put in a good word for me, but that is too soon and suspicious."
Thought Lex, he continued walking with Peter to meet the Don.
The Don is sitting at the highest room inside the fortress with a cat in his lap, he is talking to a few men that are both guarding someone important.
"Don-Vito, I can explain, the Irish Mob has been expanding a lot lately, their is a man rising up their ranks faster than we can blink, we don't know his name yet, but he is considered to be named, Ghost."
Said, the man staring back at Vito with anxious eyes, he can't comprehend that this dangerous man called "Ghost" is rising up the ranks, he may become a thorn in the Italian Mafia's ass.
"Hmm!"~
Vito hummed as he started to trim his mustache with his finger, he is wearing a black suit with a red tie, his consigliere is standing right beside him thinking about their problems.
