About fifteen minutes later, Yusuf Zuck did not receive a call from Jade Cooke's mother; instead, a person claiming to be 'Secretary Yang' called him. After asking for Yusuf's exact address and contact information, Secretary Yang instructed him to wait at the current location and that a car would be sent to pick him up shortly.

By noon, a military green military ambulance arrived at the hospital and found Yusuf, assisting him with the transfer procedures.
