Kapitel 94: A Hot Night's Embrace

The dinner that night was chaotic…

On one side, Kaleb is doting towards my sister much to her annoyance; he looked like her personal butler. He even treats our mom like how he treats Lady Celeste. While on the other side, Kyle is all over his wife Olive, he's like a kid that needs his 'mommy' to calm him down. Over the end of the table were our mothers, chatting with each other in the language only they can understand. Looking over these bunch around me, I felt out of place, if only Noel was here. I looked for Phoebe but Kyle said she's still in bed resting, I guess she's still recovering.

After eating, everybody was still at the dining table. Mostly chatting with one another, though I am happy seeing my mom and sister opening up with Noel's family, I get this sense of loneliness. Everyone had someone to chat to yet here I am all quiet in a corner. I guess no one will notice if I leave right now.
