"Okay then…," Humus sighed with a resolute. look in his eye,

"You can no longer use magic," He said, wanting the sentence to completely sink in before he continued talking, watching the various expressions that seemed to move across Ashen's face change from shock to instant fear.

"That's not true," were the next words that came out of his mouth before he could even process what he was saying in his mind,

"Ha-Haw, Wha...why?" He asked with a baffled expression on his face, still in doubt as he continued to stare at Humus, his headmaster who continued to look at him with a solemn expression on his face.

On the sides of his bed were his friends whom he had completely forgotten with them finding it hard to believe what they had just heard right before they were instantly devastated by it and more accepting of what was just said, especially since it came directly from their headmaster.
