Kapitel 92: First Day of Winter

As Daphne continued to scribble on the paper, she suddenly heard his voice ask from behind, "Do you want to go play today?"

She turned around, her eyes wide with surprise, "Play?"

A few minutes later, they were in a carriage together, slowly riding into the town. Daphne kept the window open, looking around although her face was already slightly red from the cold and windy weather. 

The people in the streets were dressed much more heavily now that the weather had cooled down, and Daphne watched as all the different people walked down the streets. There were girls that looked normal, but probably had gills hidden under their clothes. 

There were also creatures that were half human and half horse, and she even made eye contact with one as they rode by. Once in a while, she would catch a glimpse of maybe a vampire or a group of fairies, but as the carriage passed, many people looked their way at the fancy carriage.
