Kapitel 290: Disaster

Shay did not know how to feel as she shot through the tunnel with a healing pod hot on her tail. She constantly threw glances over her shoulder with a complicated look on her face. The events of the past few hours replayed in her mind repeatedly. She criticized herself for all the times and ways she messed up during that entire ordeal. Her reckless behavior caused a lot of trouble for many people. She only hoped nothing else went wrong because of her. 

Shay heard a rumbling in the distance and turned her neck to see a cloud of smoke and dust charging through the tunnel towards her. She only lamented inwardly as she saw that the cavern finally collapsed. She was not worried because something like that posed no problem to Ana, and she would never let Xasha get hurt. Shay faced forward as she picked up the pace to escape the cloud of dust and debris coming her way.
