Kapitel 140: Uncertainty

Austria, October 10th 1800

Lukas just stood there, staring at Napoleon, who had a very charming smile on his face.

Since it didn't seem that Lukas wasn't going to answer Napoleon, he raised his brow slightly, as if to ask him to answer him.

Lukas then sighed. "Okay, alright, let's go," he said.

Napoleon then kept his smile. "Oh, okay. Great!" he said. "Let us go, then," the brown-haired boy said as he turned to a table nearby.

Lukas just nodded his head as he started walking towards the table, almost at the same time as Napoleon.

Not long after, Lukas and Napoleon were already sitting at the table across each other.

Napoleon cleared his throat. "So, shall we start? What did you ask me back then? I kinda forgot," he said.

Lukas sighed. 'I can't believe he actually did,' he thought. "I asked how you know that I'm going to participate in the meeting that's going to happen later," the blonde boy said.
