Beatrice was in a coma and the thought of that alone was enough to make Dahlia storm that hall and grab Persephone and beat the living hell out of her. Even if Romulus wouldn't admit it, Dahlia knew that there was only one person determined to win this competition and would go to any length and that was the princess.

Dahlia came up with this theory that the princess didn't just want Romulus, she wanted his throne she couldn't get and that was why she must be in coalition with the witches. The witches probably convinced her that the humans would rule again if she was able to get rid of Romulus. But then, if this theory was indeed true, Persephone was indeed the most stupid human she had ever seen in her life both on earth and in this place.
