Chief Duke asked with a puzzled look.

But in his heart, another word caught his attention, and that was... artwork.

should use the word "artwork" to describe the victim's body.

Although Chief Duke knew that this was said from the perspective of the murderer, the fact that the young man could quickly and smoothly organize and use such descriptive language was quite surprising.

But he still wanted to hear more from the young man, so he immediately asked, "How did you determine that?"

"It's quite obvious that this was not a crime of passion."

"Hmm." Chief Duke nodded.

A crime of passion was opposed to a premeditated murder, meaning that the killer originally had no intention of killing, but lost his sanity and control under the provocation and taunting of the victim, thereby killing the victim.
