Kapitel 10: Serious Relationship?
After the heat struggle they had done. Delon and Rachel both cursed themselves.
If Rachel hadn't heard the footsteps that started walking toward them, Delon might still have been carried away by his desire to feel Rachel's touch.
Luckily Martha's mom came at the right time so Rachel could break free from Delon and run quickly to the room before her mom came.
"Oh my... what did I do earlier?" Rachel touched her lips which were still wet from the remnants of Delon's saliva.
"I must be crazy." Rachel could still picture Delon's lips touching hers.
Meanwhile, Delon was already in his room looking at himself in the bathroom mirror.
Delon shook his head while smiling amused when his desire was out of control earlier. Delon can still feel how soft Rachel's lips are until this second.
"I've really gone mad because of Rachel." Delon cracked a handsome smile every time he remembered his actions earlier.
Dinner time has arrived. Jeno and Martha were already in the dining room enjoying dinner together.
Jeno looked at his two empty children's chairs. Usually his daughter always came on time. However, tonight Jeno is looking for his daughter, who is nowhere to be found.
"Mom, where's Rachel?" Jeno asked his wife who was arranging the food menu on the dining table.
Martha shrugged her shoulders in response to her husband. "Probably still in her room, Pa."
"Jenny was here earlier..." Martha added.
"Then?" Jeno replied casually.
Martha took a deep breath and then responded to Jeno's question.
"As usual. Rachel made Jenny come home. I can't stop thinking about your daughter," Martha sighed annoyed as she sat down beside her husband.
"No wonder you asked me to consider Delon's engagement with Jenny," Jeno added.
"Is that true?" Martha asked surprised and Jeno nodded.
"Huh... never mind, Pa. We'll talk about that later."
"Rina's maid, please call Rachel and Delon," said Martha. "Yes Madam," replied Bi Rina politely.
Rina's maid started walking towards Delon's room first and then towards Rachel's room. Because the closest distance is indeed Delon's room.
"Young master Delon is called by the big lady for dinner," said Rina's maid, shouting a little.
"Yeah, I'll be there in a minute."
"Okay young master."
Rina's maid started swinging her steps towards Rachel's room. The room that was never locked by the owner.
By knocking first, Rina's maid called Rachel and received the same answer as Delon.
But with quick steps Rachel opened the door leaving only a quarter of the distance between her.
"Riina's maid ... come here," Rachel put her finger forward to tell Bi Rina to come back to her in the doorway.
"What's the matter, No?" asked Rina's maid politely.
Rachel looked right then left with wary eyes in the direction of Delon's door, which was still closed. Rachel breathed a sigh of relief when she saw Delon's door was still closed.
"What's the matter, Young Lady? Just make me curious," said Rina's maid starting to want to know.
"Wh... brother, where... where?" Rachel asked in a low whisper.
Rina's maid raised one eyebrow when Rachel whispered the question.
It was unusual for her lady to ask where her brother was. Rina's thought Rachel was really adjusting to Delon after all these years.
"I called the young master earlier but he said he would come down soon," explained Bi Rina, who nodded in agreement with Rachel.
"Young Lady, change clothes first. Issh... shame, it's still annoying like that," said Rina's maid, warning Rachel's slender body, which was only wrapped in a towel.
Rachel replied with a shy smile as she adjusted the cloth over her head.
"This is about to change. You here in a hurry, so forget it," Rachel sneered and answered with Rina's signature smile.
"Just an excuse. Let's hurry up Young Lady ladies and gentlemen, are waiting for you." Rachel nodded in response again.
Bi Rina finally left with a satisfied answer from her employer.
Now all that's left to do is clean up the kitchen and go home because Rina's maid has asked Martha's permission to take care of her daughter who has a fever for a week.
"Luckily brother hasn't come out yet. I have to be ahead of him. Anyway, don't see you!" Rachel muttered behind her closed door.
Rachel was really embarrassed by her actions that had provoked Delon to snatch her first kiss.
Even though her heart was determined to get rid of het feelings for Delon. But because of that kiss, Rachel's heart was getting confused.
Basically, it's a shame. Even after that incident, Rachel always avoided seeing Delon face to face.
But, not for Delon. The man didn't seem to show an exaggerated expression like Rachel.
Delon's expression never seemed to show that anything had happened between them. And that made Rachel very upset but right now she also couldn't do anything.
Rachel was already getting ready in her pajamas. Then peek first at the vent (key) glance left and right and it's safe.
Rachel immediately came out without waiting for anything. With hasty steps Rachel finally arrived at the dining table.
"Night, Pa—Ma..." Rachel said breathlessly.
"Night, Honey. Where's your Brother?" Jeno asked while looking around looking for Delon.
Rachel moved her eyes in any direction in response to Jeno's question. "I don't know. I just arrived, Pa."
"Okay... well sit down," said Jeno and Rachel complied.
It wasn't long before Delon came down with a face as usual, always handsome and fresh.
Rachel, who heard Delon's footsteps, immediately blushed.
Don't be seen by Delon. Rachel would be very embarrassed. This was the first time they had met again after that incident.
"Boy! Come here quickly," called Martha enthusiastically. Delon just replied to his mother's call with Delon's beautiful gaze as his footsteps swung closer to the dining table.
"Good night Pa... Ma,"
"Good night, My Little Sister," added Delon while rubbing the top of Rachel's head.
Instantly made Rachel blush her face lifted slightly in surprise by Delon's soft caressing her.
"Good evening. Let's eat together," said Jeno. Martha, Rachel and Jeno nodded simultaneously.
"Honey, you have to eat a lot of these vegetables. You have more work to do. I'm sorry Mama, okay?" Martha added vegetables to Delon's plate.
Martha feels very guilty towards Delon for letting Delon bear all the family problems. Including Jenny.
Jeno's family is going through difficult times. Jeno's domestic company has experienced a data leak. To make all important data lost and benefit the other party.
All shareholders almost revoked their shares in Jeno's company. If Tio does not temporarily support Jeno's company, it is certain that the company has gone bankrupt.
However, Tio only asked her daughter Jenny to be closer to Delon if possible until she got married.
"No problem, Mom. I really like it too."
Martha lined her happy smile upon hearing Delon's answer.
Martha never regretted Delon's presence in the midst of their wedding. Even though Delon is not her biological son. Martha's love and affection for Delon is like her own mother and child.
"How is your relationship with Jenny, Boy?" Jeno asked suddenly. It wasn't Delon who was surprised. But instead, Rachel suddenly choked at Jeno's question.
"Cough..." Rachel choked.
"Oh my, how reckless you are, Rachel. Here, have a drink." Martha gave drinking water to her daughter. Rachel immediately accepted and drank.
"You mean Papa, is there any progress towards a serious relationship?" Jeno added and made Rachel roll her eyes at Jeno even more.
What's the matter Papa! Why talk about the snake woman?
Delon stopped his eating activity for a moment. Then he turned his eyes to Jeno.
"Serious relationship?" Jeno nodded hoping Delon's answer was as expected.
