Wei Juan heard the door open and thought that Jiang Ran had come back to pick her up. However, when she looked up and saw that it was Jiang Yu, the expression on her face instantly changed from anticipation to disappointment.

"You seem very unhappy to see me?" Jiang Yu looked at Wei Juan with a funny look and teased.

"Would I be happy?" Wei Juan was not in a good mood. "You're just a jinx. Not only did you bring bad luck to the Jiang family, but now you even want to steal my daughter!"

"You can't be that angry right?" Jiang Yu smiled helplessly, "Jiang Ran wants to leave. She wants to fly to the top of the tree and become a phoenix. How can you blame me for that? But that's true. If you don't blame me for this, who else can you blame?"

"Don't explain. I won't listen to you." Wei Juan turned her face away and didn't intend to continue talking to Jiang Yu.
