Adding a Celestial Authority will make it a Celestial weapon. The challenge is how to make a grand god-level weapon kill a Celestial. It would have been cool to find a way around the need for a Celestial Authority. It is why the Celestial Supreme's answer is disappointing and why the god of knowledge is ranting about it.
