**ADDIE'S POV**

I had loved listening to Hollis about what he was going through. He was feeling really embarrassed about the events of the day before. Not knowing if Ash was the man for him or not, but hoping nonetheless, it was sweet and more than a little adorable. Not that I would tell him that it was adorable. I wasn't that cruel.

I also liked that Hollis trusted me so completely. He told me things that I knew he would never tell another soul as long as he lived. He told me about himself, the real Hollis. Not that fake façade that he put on for other people. And that was the best part about getting to know him.

I also wanted to tell him that I trusted him as well. The way that I saw it, if Hollis was willing to trust me with his secrets, to trust that I wasn't going to betray him at all, then I needed to put that same level of trust in him. So, that was why I decided to tell him about Nolan. About why it was that I kept my fiancé a secret when at the academy.
