**ADDIE'S POV**

Following the party, I felt like I was in a bit of a trance. Hunter and Violet escorted my friends and I to the dorms, I even walked with the others to their dorms that weren't mine. I had wanted to see them safely inside because I just felt like none of us were safe. And that was strange.

Once I was in my room, Ginger and Ramaya worked to get me out of the dress and into the bath. The water was hot, smelled of healing natural oils, and was so soothing. Just being in there made me feel better, but that ominous feeling still hadn't gone completely away. I didn't know how to describe it.

After I had settled into my bed and was ready for sleep, I wanted to send a message to Nolan. I wanted to tell him what had happened before someone else told him and made him worry. He deserved to hear it from me before anyone else.
