Kapitel 286: Arguing with the future father in law

"Chen..., Chen Chen," he called out sluggishly while taking a casual glance at the monster still burning everything around to the ground.

"Baby... baby wake up," said Zi Han as he crawled over shaking Yi Chen who had passed out.

That's when Zi Han realized something was wrong. He hastily deactivated Yi Chen's mech and placed his hand on the man's forehead.

Yi Chen's forehead was covered in sweat and he was burning up. Raylan had already administered medication to make the situation better but when Yi Chen regained consciousness, he asked for a shot of adrenaline when he saw Zi Han almost getting sucked into that portal. This meant his condition which had shown some signs of improvement had only gotten worse.

Zi Han noticed the cut on Yi Chen's arm when he peeled back the fabric. There was a long narrow gash colored purple from the poison.
