Kapitel 125: Betrayal

[Dorothy's POV]

I was supposed to explore the capital today. The Goddess knew how much I looked forward to this day that I even counted the minutes when we were on our way here.

But no thanks to a certain pretty boy with mismatched color of eyes, I was stuck in my room watching the pouring rain instead.

Great.

I grumbled under my breath.

Maybe it would be safer tomorrow? 

Our meeting with the Prince was not until tomorrow night, so we still had the morning time to explore the town, if ever.

My mood lifted at the thought. 

Who knew when I would have this opportunity again? A girl like me who was born in a tiny-inky-winkey village from an unknown town could only dream of setting foot inside the capital and meeting the Prince, the monarch, the leader, of this Kingdom.

Come to think of it . . .

I was still processing the reality that Michael was also a Prince!
