Kapitel 21: ...The Misunderstanding....

Finally, the second day was over. The trainees dragged themselves back to their dorms.

Rose took a shower and went to her bed, her whole body hurts.

" Aww, my body is full of bruises. Just two days have been passed, but why do I feel like I have been training for a month.

Her eyes closed slowly and she went into a deep sleep without realizing it.

A week passed in the same way. The hard training started to wear them out, especially Rose, it was beyond her endurance, but she never showed to the others any signs of fatigue. She was always smiling and cheerful. At night, she immediately lay on her bed to sleep as much as she can sometimes without even eating dinner.

" Will I be able to finish a month? I'm very exhausted and hungry. I couldn't even drag myself to the dining room to eat something.

Another morning came, the knights were standing as usual in the training ground waiting for the Crown Prince to come.

- The sky is cloudy, I think it's going to rain soon. Said, David.

- Yeah, I hope that, so we take some rest today. Replied Derek.

The training started as usual. Not after much time, it's started raining. They were happy, thinking that the Prince will stop the training and will order them to leave, but that did never happen. They continued while the rain was pouring down heavily on them.

They were soaked.

Rose was completely distracted

" I hate the rain, Are we going to continue in this weather? The rain made the training even harder. I'm cold, I wish I go to my room and take a warm shower"

Suddenly, she slipped and fell to the ground. She was extremely tired and out of energy that she couldn't stand up on her own.

David was the first to run to her and helped her stand up.

- Are you okay?

- Yeah, I'm fine.

He took off his jacket and put it on her shoulders while looking away.

- Your...your clothes....are completely wet and become revealing, cover yourself with this.

- Thank you, David, you are such a gentleman, I'm happy to have you as a fellow.

- Me too.

Replied David while smiling, but as soon as Rose got away from him his face's expressions completely changed to anger and resentment.

Actually, David was the most unhappy person about her presence among them, Despite that the others started to accept her, he never did.

How can a woman be his equal? Not only that but, she defeated him and humiliated him. He felt so offended but didn't show any of his true feelings like Derek. He kept smiling while thinking of a way to get rid of her.

Hans was watching from afar, he felt annoyed that's why he ordered Rose to come to him.

- Did you call for me, your highness.

- Miss Rose, I let you train beside those men because you deserved the knight title. I tried to forget the fact that you are a woman, but if you start flirting with them, I won't tolerate that.

- Wait! What are you saying? When did I flirt with anyone?

- I think you should fix that habit of yours.

- Habit? What habit?

- You kissed a strange man just to get away from the guards. Don't use that cheap method to get what you want.

Rose was in total block out, she couldn't believe what she heard from the Prince.
