Kapitel 60: LONG DRIVE

"Hmm."

There was a dead silence that followed after Zed started driving off without any aim. It was nothing normal but fortunately or surprisingly, they both felt good with the silence. Zed was worried as he would mess up the mood or situation if he talks something as things were in mist. Laura was busy swallowing her tears because she was taught crying was for the weak. 

The car went on and on for a few minutes and Zed tried his best to take it somewhere far from the busy roads so she can breath fine. Laura already told him to not drive her home because it will suffocate her and the phone calls she would get will make her head burst. Zed noticed that Laura was not just uncomfortable with the man but also scared which was unexpected.
