Kapitel 145: Knowing one's place (10)

The demon made his way to the alpha's room in the night. He wanted them to talk and fix the misunderstandings between them. 

It was important to have good communication in a relationship for it to work. 

Nathaniel came to the realization that the reason his bond with the alpha always seemed to fail was that they lacked proper communication. The times that they spoke were when they truly got along. 

Nate admitted that it was childish of him to not have given the alpha a chance to talk. The alpha went out of his way to make his birthday happen while he ignored the male. 

He made it as though he wasn't grateful for the efforts that the alpha made for him. Noam had some thoughts for him, but he let his love for Omar do the talking for him and created distance between them. 

Nathaniel found that he had to take the first step to try and hear Noam out before he moved away. He had to fight for their lives before everything was lost.
