Kapitel 74: INFIDEL!

After traversing the treacherous terrain for what was supposed to be a 10-hour journey, Dean and his group found themselves still on the road 18 hours later, the morning of the next day breaking upon them. Frustration welled up within Dean, realizing that they had missed the opportunity to launch their attack under the cover of darkness. He glanced at the woman, whose name he still hadn't obtained, securely bound to a tree, and then turned his gaze towards the distant city of Lightport, their current hiding place nestled within the sheltering woods.

"Hmmmmm, ummmmm," the woman struggled against her restraints, attempting to scream for help. Yet, the cloth Dean had placed over her mouth effectively stifled her voice, a fortunate circumstance as it would have alerted the guards patrolling the vicinity.

Having surveyed the area, Dean returned to his companions, Luna and Elynea, to discuss their next course of action. Seated once more, he shared his plan with them.
