The Scythe Demon that went berserk zoomed towards Aren at a speed he could not entirely dodge.

"Arghh...," Aren involuntarily let out a scream before gritting his teeth.

[The wound on your left leg is inflicted with cursed demonic flames. The torn leg will not be healed using normal means]

Aren's leg got cut off from his knee as he failed to dodge the slash attack from the Scythe Demon.

'F*CK! IT HURTS!'

I have to...stay...calm.'

Aren focused on the battle as he endured the hellish pain. He could only endure this pain and stay awake because of his previous encounter with the pain stemming from his <Painful Glory> ability.

If one were to check Aren's brain right now, he would find steam coming off of it. His brain was going into overdrive mode as he knew he could die if he weren't focused enough.
