Reggie, Mark, Jason, and Zach showed up as well as Sam, the new assistant manager of the bar. Genevieve finally had faces to go with the names. The Del Montes came in one by one. Fran, Donna, and the aunts were all cooking for the crowd while they did the move.

Luigi came and sat with her and told her all about his plans to open a new restaurant that was more than a pizzeria. He wanted to open a high-end eatery that specialized in Northern Italian food in Asbury Park. He also confided something else to her, something she would share with Enzo and see what he wanted to do about it.

Genevieve was listening as Keith took Gray aside before they left for his apartment. “Mike was arraigned based on the evidence from the security tape. His court appointed lawyer advised him to cop a plea. He was facing major felony charges because I went over the books with a forensic accountant. There was quite a bit of money missing.”

“What’s going to happen to him now?” her son asked.
