“Mikael needs us,”Noah stated from the open front door.Maxim got smoothly to his feet,a feat for such a tall,muscular man,and they walked back to the study.As they were stepping in,Zoya and Sean entered the house and caught up with them.

Obviously Mikael had called them,because they wouldn’t just happen to come by the new house like that.

“Mikael has something he needs a meeting for.I’ll go upstairs to sit with Shani so Lark can come down.Sean will fill me in later or phone me upstairs if needed,”Zoya said to Noah and held up her cell.

“Okay…,”Noah said,accepting things as they were instead of trying to come up with reasons for a meeting.

“Zoya?”Mikael called from inside the study.“Can you knock on Anton’s door and have him come down too?”

“Sure,boss.”Zoya smirked and went to the stairs.

The men entered the office and sat down on the armchairs and a loveseat that had been crammed in for extra seats.
