Rémy showered in the bathroom in Armand’s suite since he moved Ian into the primary guest suite. When he explained the circumstances, he was sure Armand wouldn’t mind. His friend was a bit uptight, but not as stuck up as he seemed. Armand had to keep himself somewhat apart from the others because he had the final say in everything even if he went against the majority.

I have to wed and bed my mate without calling Armand back to council. Wolf packs tend to fragment without a strong hand on the reins. I can’t hand Armand back a fractured council. Armand is on his honeymoon, and he would come back if I told him I found my mate and needed him, but I can’t ask that of him. With Armand and Sean going from pack to pack, Sean’s talent was able to give a great gift to all the packs he visits, including those on my own lands. Helping the bitches deliver live babies instead of stillborn pups is an endeavor I can’t interrupt for my own selfish reasons.
