Yu Dong had conceded the one thing that both Old Madam Yu and Second Madam Yu were worried about. Though she did not care so much about bloodline and virtue, it was clear that both Old Madam Yu and Second Madam Yu cared about it. However, for the sake of Yu Tong, Old Madam Yu was willing to overlook the lack of virtue of Lin Hanjing. 

However, she was still a bit resistant to accepting Lin Hanjing's daughter as she shared no blood with Yu Tong. 

This was the reason why she came up with this condition, even though it was unfair… there was no such thing as perfect in this world. 

Yu Tong couldn't get everything that she wanted, they also needed to concede or else no one would get anything that they wanted. 

When Old Madam Yu heard Yu Dong's words, she secretly heaved a sigh of relief. Though she did not have anything against Lin Hanjing and his daughter she was still reluctant to let the daughter of Lin Hanjing inherit the properties of the Yu family.
