If Yu Dong was being honest, she really didn't want to have any sort of conversation with the newly appointed village head but she also didn't want to be pushed to the guillotine when the storm arrives compared to the accusations she will have to face then, the current trouble was much better. 

Village head Gu lived in the heart of the village maybe it gave her a sense of accomplishment or maybe it made her feel important but she stayed at the biggest house that could have been allocated to the current head of the village. Not even a day passed by after she was appointed the village head, Madam Gu and her family shifted to the biggest house available in the village, Yu Dong wouldn't have paid any attention to her but then again Madam Gu's husbands made a lot of ruckuses, they even brought sweets to every household to share the 'good news' with everyone. 

As for how much of good news was it, Yu Dong was soon going to find out.
