ANASTASIA
I kept trying not to get bothered by everyone staring, though I did get bothered when women were lusting after Xavier as we moved.
"They're not only staring at me, these women are eye fucking you" I said in a angry tone.
"You're jealous?"
"Hell yeah"
He chuckled.
"There's nothing to laugh about!"
"Ok, I won't"
We stopped talking when a voice approached us.
"Stop being so lovey-dovey, Xavi"
I looked to the source of voice, it was a man, a handsome one, but not more than my husband. Tall and muscular. Blonde hair. But my man's hair were better. My man's hair were brunette.
"Babe, this is Liam, one of my best buds"
"Hello, nice to meet you" I greeted.
"Anastasia, nice to meet you too, after so much we heard about you" Liam said smiling.
I looked up to Xavier, confused.
"He always kept talking about you" Liam said killing my confusion.
"Ohh" I said smiling widely. I'm gonna ask what he told about me. And by Xavier's expression, he knew what was coming.
"So, sister-in-law, how about we get less formal, and you let me call you Ana? Cuz Xavier strictly prohibited his best friends to call you anything but Anastasia"
"Oh he prohibited you? Well...of course you can call me Ana" I said laughing.
Xavier glared at me.
XAVIER
My wife is getting way too close to my friend. And there are more to meet. What am I gonna do?
"Can I steal your wife for sometime? I think she's gonna be my best friend too" Liam asked.
"N..."
"Yes of course" Anastasia cut in.
I glared at Anastasia angrily. Which she ignored.
"I'll introduce her to our others"
Liam took Anastasia away, they were talking happily. I, of course, followed them. Liam took Anastasia to my other friends, who were standing in a group.
"This is George" Liam introdued.
"Nice to finally meet you, sis" George said smiling.
"Hello" Ana greeted him.
"This is Harper"
"Hi, Anastasia"
"Hello" Ana said.
"And Alex" Liam introduce the last member of our group.
"Nice to meet you, Anastasia"
"Hi"
"By the way we call him Lexi" Liam said grinning.
"Well, introduced everyone? Now let her stand by me at least" I said.
"Ok-ok" Liam said as Ana made her way to me.
"You know, Ana, after you entered his life, he's been way more happy than we've seen him in his entire life" Harper said.
"Yeah" Alex agreed.
"We've been friends since primary school, and we've been besties since then and Xavier has never smiled so much till now." George said.
"Yeah, and now he smiles wayyyy too much" Alex said laughing.
We joined in.
"Sis, we all welcome you to our group. We hope you can take us as your brothers AND friends"
I was satisfied how my group treated Anastasia.
"Wow, I've got so many brothers. I hope ya'll can punish my husband here, if he teases me" Anastasia said laughing. Everyone laughed.
She can get the saddest person in the world to smile.
