She had just escaped the media from the station due to a case involving Emilia, and if she just so happened to be at the scene when the girl got injured during a 'case', who would believe that she didn't do that intentionally?

All these thoughts went through her mind at the speed of lightning, and Justine didn't hesitate even for a moment before she pointed her gun at the tall bodyguard. "Freeze! Don't move!"

The ash skinned man wasn't an idiot, and upon noticing her uniform and gun he immediately raised his hands in surrender. "I'm just a bodyguard, lady, calm down!"

As soon as he let her wrist go, Emilia had of course already taken away the gun. Of course, she couldn't try to use it now that the police lady was here.
