When you enjoy life, time moves fast, and that is what just happened. Amon spent the entire night playing games and consuming media and before he knew it, the sun was up.

He realized that the modern world is amazing for lazy people. They can just sit in one place and spend years doing nothing but live on the internet.

Amon can imagine how mind-numbing this could be for a normal human, but he is an all-powerful immortal being. These things do not affect him and can only provide him with entertainment and nothing else.

Now that he is all-powerful, he knows what is out there beyond this realm, yes they are interesting, but so is living among mortals and experiencing the pleasure they can provide to beings of his caliber.

Amon looks into his room and sees both Megan and Barbara still deep asleep. They did a fine job last night, so he is going to let them rest.
