Taking into consideration what Eliam had told him, Gideon decided to perhaps agree to learn more about this body's past. There had been multiple occasions where his origins were questioned. One was with Luciel, the other was with Matthew finding him familiar. And El also suggested that the original Gideon Lemery was supposed to be the one to know about this. Does that mean before getting transmigrated into this novel, the original learned about his past? And was that one of the key factors of him siding with Matthew?

What if he, the reader who is currently possessing this character, learns about it… would his views also change? Or would he remain on Kaiden's side?

Gideon ate dinner and left some for Kaiden in case he does come back today. He plans on turning in early in the possibility of him having that strange dream again. But what greeted him was not the scene he had seen previously. Instead, it was his old home.
